Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Body Graph Studio (operated by Nicolas Teysseyre), publisher of the Body Graph Studio service, and any natural or legal person (the "Customer") subscribing to or using the service.
2. Description of the service
Body Graph Studio is an online platform for Human Design practitioners. It notably enables you to:
- Calculate and generate bodygraphs in several visual styles
- Save and organise charts for your clients
- Export charts (including PNG) according to your subscribed plan
- Embed a form or script on your website for visitor-facing generation
- Use a practitioner dashboard and manage account settings
3. Subscription and pricing
Pricing: Applicable prices are those shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase, subject to any changes communicated before renewal.
Free access and trials: A free tier with limited features may be offered. Any promotional offer or trial period for a paid plan is as stated on the website or at checkout via Paddle.
Payment: Paid subscriptions are billed by credit/debit card through Paddle, a secure payment provider (Merchant of Record). Invoicing and payment methods are subject to Paddle payment terms.
Renewal: Unless stated otherwise at subscription, paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period (e.g. monthly) until cancelled by the Customer.
4. Cancellation
The Customer may cancel a paid subscription from account settings where available, or by emailing us. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless checkout states otherwise. The Customer may request account deletion; data will be handled as described in the privacy policy.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts (including EU consumer rules), you may exercise it subject to legal exceptions for digital content supplied immediately with your express consent. 6. Data and account deletion
Data tied to the account (charts, client records, integration settings, etc.) may be permanently deleted after cancellation or account deletion, within the timeframes set out in the privacy policy, subject to mandatory legal retention.
7. Limitation of liability
Charts and interpretations produced by the service are professional or informational tools; they are not medical, legal, or psychological advice. We strive to keep the service available but are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Customers will be notified as appropriate (in-product notice or email). Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance, subject to any statutory rights of termination.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. After attempting amicable resolution, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
