Free access and trial
A free plan with limited features may be offered without payment. For paid plans, any trial or promotional terms shown at signup or on the Pricing page apply as stated.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw from your first paid purchase, subject to statutory exceptions (for example if you requested immediate performance of the digital service before the end of that period and agreed to waive withdrawal where the law allows).
How to request a refund
To exercise withdrawal or request a refund within applicable deadlines:
- Email crssoweb@gmail.com stating your refund or withdrawal request.
- Include the name and email on your Body Graph Studio account and, if available, the payment date or Paddle transaction reference.
- We will acknowledge your request and handle it within reasonable timeframes; Paddle may execute the financial refund where applicable.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within several to ten business days, depending on banks and Paddle.
After the withdrawal period
After the statutory withdrawal period, amounts already paid for the current period are usually non-refundable; you may cancel for subsequent periods as offered by the service. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
