Introduction to Gene Keys

Gene Keys are a contemplation system created by Richard Rudd. They share Human Design's 64 hexagrams, but offer an inner reading: a consciousness spectrum for each key.

• Shadow: the reactive frequency (fear, conditioning, repeating patterns).
• Gift: the more conscious, creative expression of the same energy.
• Siddhi: the essential quality, beyond effort and ego.

The shadow is not a flaw to erase: it often signals where the gift lives. You do not force the siddhi; you leave it as a horizon.

• Same base: birth date, time, and place, plus the 64 gates / keys.
• Human Design: mechanics (type, strategy, authority, centers, channels).
• Gene Keys: the inner journey of each energy (shadow to gift to siddhi).

Gate 22 in Human Design and Gene Key 22 are the same hexagram, read from two angles: structure vs consciousness.

The hologenetic profile maps several spheres (including Activation, Venus, and Pearl). You contemplate one key at a time: notice the shadow in daily life, notice the gift when it appears, without trying to perform the siddhi.
