Planets in Human Design

In Human Design, planets do not predict the future the way popular astrology often does: they activate gates at birth. Each planet colors how a gate shows up in your life.

Personality and design Sun plus Earth fix much of your incarnation cross. Moon, North and South Nodes, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto activate other gates: communication, values, drive, expansion, structure, and more.

Personality activations (often black, conscious) differ from design activations (often red, unconscious). Both matter: design describes the body and what others see; personality is what you recognize in yourself.
